Release 1.3

The interface now receives data in a separate thread.
This should make the GUI more responsive.

Other changes:

• Several new detectors supported at the EuXFEL
• Automated pypi packaging
• Reactivated codecov integration
• Python 2 support dropped

Last release to include beamlime-specific code/scripts (especially for FLASH)

This is a pre-release to the upcoming version 1.2

Changes that have been made:
- Compatibility with Python 3
- More tests
- New analysis code (mostly developed for experiment amolq4015)
