Apparently I don't know how pull requests work. I did not realize that later commits would automatically be included in existing pull requests. I added public methods for controlling controller rumble and LED color. |

SteamInput has to be initialized separately from the rest of Steamworks, or it doesn't work.
Once initialized, it actually works.
