This updates all the backend dependencies such as the docker base images, PDFium and goland deps to more recent versions.
Currently the frontend fails to build and more testing whether things acutally work is needed. I suspect that the update is not too compilcated and just a bunch of horrendous
npmcommands is needed.cc @TomTomRixRix @Xeldlie for the frontend part
