docs: document and link the remaining Features#2752

Add README sections for Smart Link Parsing, Copy to Clipboard, Message Status, and TypeScript, and link them from the Features list so all 18 features now jump to their documentation.

Follow-up to #2751. The 4 features that had no section to link to now have one, so the entire Features list is navigable.
