Bumps all six release version sources plus the two hardcoded version assertions in
macos/tests/run-tests.shfrom 1.5.11 → 1.5.12, updates both platform changelogs, and records the session inTASK_PROGRESS.md.Ships everything merged to
mainsince the v1.5.11 release cut (#335): 10 previously-unmerged community/self PRs (#68, #212, #283, #284, #285, #286, #288, #289, #106, #342), two independent CI-breaking bugs found and fixed while merging them (#347, #349 — neither caused by today's work, both pre-existing onmain), and a new macOS menu bar feature (#348: submenu regrouping + background update-check-and-notify).Verification
