[FIX] CGNN njobs>1 does not take effect
current CGNN model's
njobsargument takes no effect and never uses multiprocessing even when GPU is free.By fixing the issue described below, I was able to run CGNN.predict on a T4 GPU with
njobs=8, using thesachsdataset. This almost fully utilizes the GPU memory.
