Track Ponder dataset and provider status fields

Summary

• index dataset with_cdn and with_ipfs_indexing flags from FWSS metadata
• track FWSS provider approval and ProviderIdSet endorsement status in the Ponder schema
• use NULL instead of 0 for unset pdp_end_epoch

Testing

• pnpm --filter @filoz/repair-ponder test

Doh - fixed per https://github.com/FilOzone/early-repair/actions/runs/26058851552

I set a repo-secret directly: https://github.com/FilOzone/early-repair/settings/secrets/actions . This is because early-repair is a private repo. We had to do the same thin in filozone/infra.
