📝 Description

This PR enhances the visual presentation of blockquotes in markdown content and updates quote formatting in the Victor Chang case study.

• Added custom blockquote styling
• Applied left border with brand color (border-brand-600)
• Added consistent padding (vertical: 16px, left: 60px)
• Removed default quote marks
• Set attribution text (second paragraph) to normal font weight for better visual hierarchy
• Updated Victor Chang case study
