Add ComposeFileNames alongside ComposeFileName; resolve -f flags by precedence (list -> single -> auto-detect -> content fallback) and reject paths escaping the stack dir.
Expose stacksDir via /_hawser/info (standard + edge) and the hello message; add getHostUptime() for the edge info response.
