This is an ongoing effort to replace OAM configurations with semantic values instead of just contextless
u16arrays.Would appreciate opinions from @Eebit and @MokhaLeee as to whether this is worth completing. I think it makes it much easier to see what any given rendering call is doing, but it does lead to some messy moments.
I think the
bmio.cis probably the best example of what this would look like.
