Making some updates for Cloud Next '25 demo
[x] Bumped AGP, Kotlin, and Gradle versions
[x] Upgraded speech_to_text plugin which was failing to compile to Android APK
[x] Made the "when" refinement field a standard text input instead of numbers (I'm not remembering why it was a number input in the first place) And made the refinement modal sheet scroll up when the keyboard is activated so that it's not blocked.
