The Fisheries and Marine Ecosystem Model Intercomparison Project (FishMIP) aims to improve our understanding of the long-term impacts of climate change on fisheries and marine ecosystems, so we can improve future projections, which in turn can help inform policy.
In this repository, we catalog descriptions and assumptions of contributing Regional Marine Ecosystem Models participating in FishMIP 2.0 simulations. The information presented here have a particular focus on assumptions under our Track A (ISIMIP3a) model evaluation simulation experiments. Regional models catalogued here will also need to submit shapefiles of regional model domains. This is to help provide a workflow for regional modellers to carry out their simulations including tools such as using our Shiny Apps.
If you are interested in contributing simulations with your regional model to FishMIP, please contact our FishMIP coordinators team. More details are also available in our website: www.fishmip.org.
You can submit information about your regional model by creating an issue here. Make sure you select the Regional Ecosystem Model documentation option. Please complete all fields in this issue, if you have any questions about how to fill in this form, please contact FishMIP coordinators team.
Below you can find information about the regional models that have already submitted information to our Coordinators team.
