Converts DefaultView to a prototype index page with auto-generated links from the router. Adds prototypes/ convention for new routes and updates router to export the prototypes array.
Prototype with four pre-populated numeric fields. Each field shows a tertiary reset button immediately on change, hiding again when the original value is restored.
