Fix support.rb path in gemspec

Hi - this fixes

  garb at /blah/ruby/1.9.1/bundler/gems/garb-ef3fc65015b5 did not have a valid gemspec.
  This prevents bundler from installing bins or native extensions, but that may not affect its functionality.
  The validation message from Rubygems was:
  ["lib/support.rb"] are not files

on installing the gem

Can you guys pull this? It sucks to see this waiting 3+ months.
