SUMMARY
Adds per-beneficiary contingency_address, a claim_via_contingency path, and wiring through plan creation/update/batch calls. If a primary beneficiary fails to claim within 180 days after inheritance is triggered, the configured contingency address can claim the allocation. This also adds is_contingency_claim_available helper and preserves existing contingency addresses during plan updates.
