"status" is not a french word, "http status code" is usually translated as "code d'état HTTP". "to attach a file" would also be better translated as "joindre un fichier".

To do that in a BC way, we could use a non-capturing group in the regex to allow both to match. |

I'm not sure how such changes are usually handled (if ever?), since they would break any tests relying on the faulty translations...?
