Goutte has been abandoned, and depending on it blocks us from e. g. bumping dependencies or the CI environment to newer Symfony and PHP versions. So, this announces the removal of Goutte support in the next major. Unfortunately, Behat has not built in deprecation tracking system (yet). Anyways, we cannot defer such changes until it has. This is a squash-merge of FriendsOfBehat#39. Goutte has been abandoned a long time ago, and its dependencies pose a burden here.Let's get rid of it.Since we're not providing a replacement, maybe this need not be merged in the next minor release, but can go anywhere? In that case, I'd need to update the version number.This marks the four drivers as abandoned where the driver implementations are no longer maintained.
