So no magic URL recognition and building. Just use the one an editor has entered. Maybe that´s not the best, but it prevents e.g. that URLschema is set to http if we are behind a proxy e.g.
…splayCond>, as this does not work when media is IRRE element

I created a 9.5 release which works with existing content elements in TYPO3 9.5.
This release is not for use in new installations but for compatibility with upgraded installations.
I disabled the new content element wizard to not show it in the new content element list.
