Description

• Closes issue refactor file structure for improved code quality around cli testing forc#150
• Move the test/data into tests/data to aggregate them in a single place and delete the old test/data, so now there is only tests/data.

Thanks for the PR. I don't think the tests can pass like this. You also need to update the tests that reads from test/data so that they read from tests/data.
