Add verified assets to AssetId implementation

Description

This PR adds the verified assets to the AssetId implementation.

This enables developers to quickly access assets that have been verified by the Fuel team and enables additional safety by ensuring the correct AssetId is being used. Additionally, it further integrates Sway into the Fuel ecosystem enhancing the developer experience.
