SpartaDOS X Ultimate1MB FujiNet Utilities

- Go into Ultimate 1MB BIOS, and set up Ultimate 1MB with the following settings
- SpartaDOS X Enabled
- PBI BIOS Enabled
- SIO Driver: HSIO
- SIO Devices: D1-D4 or All

[B](Save Changes and Cold boot), wait FOR SDX command processor. - Press RESET button on the FujiNet. Wait 5 seconds.
- Type
COLD /N[RETURN]at D1: prompt to force a reboot while disabling cartridge. - Wait for CONFIG to boot.
- Select atari-apps.irata.online from host slots
- Select Ultimate_1MB_FujiNet_and_UFlash.atr (it's on the second page)
- Mount it in drive slot 1.
- Press
[OPTION]to mount and boot. The boot will fail (as the disk is not bootable). - Return to the Ultimate 1MB BIOS.
- Press
Cfor cold boot. This will re-enable the SDX cartridge. - Once SDX is booted, do a
DIRto verify that the disk is mounted. There should be UFLASH.XEX, and three ROM image files. -
X UFLASH.XEXto start flasher. - Select the appropriate ROM size, and load the ROM in the SpartaDOS X slot.
- Once flashing is complete, ask uflash to reboot.
- Once back in SDX, verify that FujiNet tools are present and working by typing
FCONFIG. - Done.
- There are 192K, 256K, and 320K ROMs.
- The 256K and 320K ROMs write over the space used by the Graphical OS slot.
- The 256K and 320K ROMs contain Manpages for the FujiNet tools
- The 192K image contains most of the tools, minus the R* tools and man pages.
Note
If you wish to choose a different ROM size than what you are currently running, be sure to set the ROM size in UFLASH before updating.
Should you wish to use the interactive CONFIG program:
- Press RESET on FujiNet
- Wait 5 seconds
COLD /N
It was larger than the maximum allowed file size for a single file on the cartridge filesystem.
Too many directory entries in the filesystem.
