Partially worked in my fork. It doesn't have rights to create a release, but the name generation part worked as expected, when I pushed a tag v0.0.0 to my fork: |

Uses a random name generator (docker fnichol/names), storing it in GITHUB_OUTPUT as the variable "name" and then uses that in the release_name.
