Study Responses and Figures
This repository contains the data used in the study presented in the associated article. It includes participants’ survey responses as well as figures generated from the analysis of these responses.
The materials are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research.
The repository is organized as follows:
Contains the survey instrument:
- GoogleForm_Questionnaire.pdf PDF version of the questionnaire sent to the participants targeted by this survey.
Contains the datasets used in the study:

Survey on parallel application development - Original Answers.xlsx Contains all original responses collected in the survey. Three participants responded in Portuguese: participants 38, 69, and 96.

Survey on parallel application development - Answers in English.xlsx Contains the survey responses translated into English using the DeepL Translator, aiming to increase international accessibility.
The following figures present graphical representations generated using ATLAS.ti, a software tool for qualitative and mixed-methods data analysis.
Figure characteristics:
- Red lines indicate relationships between codes and categories.
- Black lines indicate relationships between individual codes.
- Labeled black lines describe the type of relationship.
- The figures show the complete mapping of the participants’ responses.
- In the article, only summarized versions were presented, displaying only first-level codes.

To ensure participants’ privacy, the following measures were applied:
- All email addresses were removed.
- Responses to Question Q3, which identified participants’ universities and companies, were removed.
