Show labels on glyphs

This is a feature request from @srobb1

Apollo tracks don't show any kind of label on their glyphs. We need to find a way to optionally show labels in a way that doesn't take up too much screen space.

I (with the help of copilot) made this. It is working in my tests. I am not sure if this is an appropriate way to go about getting this to work. I have very limited test data. I don't know how this would look or how if the view is crammed full of genes.

This is a pretty cool plugin. There is the potential for the labels to overlap surrounding features, since it doesn't account for their space in the layout, but if the data you're working with isn't too dense it would be a good work-around until official support is added.
