It would be good to show the start and stop codons (or whatever the first and last codons are, if the CDS doesn't have a proper start and end) around the CDS location boxes, similar to how the splice sites are shown (AGs and GTs below).
We might need a subtle way of indicating that the start/stop codons are part of the CDS while the splice sites are not part of the exons.
