Missing v1.4.1 commit/tag

It looks like the master branch's package.json says the version is 1.4.0, but the latest version on NPM says it is 1.4.1. There's also no v1.4.1 git tag.

one way to fix (for future releases) is to change postpublish to postversion in the package.json to fix this, it is a weird change but have found it works across repos
