As esperanto is meant as an international language, the weekStart is based on the most used ones, according to the CLDR. weekStart data: https://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/45/supplemental/territory_information.html The timeFormat data is extracted from the CLDR table: timeFormat data: https://unicode.org/cldr/charts/45/summary/eo.html
