Extraction and integration

An example of integration and extraction of data from a simulation can be seen in the BinaryBH example here.

There is also a very useful example in the ScalarFieldCosmo example - see in particular the use of the CustomExtraction class.

The key classes used in the extraction are found in the Source/AMRInterpolator folder.
