Autocrop image training set

To try the autocrop you can download an example image here . You can access to all wide field images used our paper in omero

Results Using autocrop with default parameters :

• you should obtain 28 cropped nuclei (in nuclei output folder) or downloadable here .

• The following zprojection file is generated (in zprojection output folder) or downloadable here :


Segmentation image example

You can try to segment nuclei , example image are available LINK. These images come from the previous wide field image so if you did the autocrop step you should already have nuclei files.
