Data dashboards

A feature that would transform the appeal and utility of CKAN would be for a user to have dashboards of their favourite datasets. Ideas of how this works below. This assumes we've implemented persistent previews and default previews for a dataset (both often requested features).

• I can add any dataset to a dashboard, with

• a preview of my choice - defaults to the default preview

• some text - "Why I like this dataset" or whatever

• I can have multiple dashboards and give each one a name

• I can opt to make any of my dashboards public

• I can move datasets around within a dashboard (probably they are tiled on the page).
