Harvesting 2.0

This page has been merged into harvest.data.gov, which now covers Harvesting 2.0's terminology, pipeline stages, job types, and scheduling in one place.

Note: This page was originally a planning document for the H2.0 build. Architecture diagrams and roadmap content were removed as the implementation diverged from the original plan; the remaining current content was consolidated into harvest.data.gov on 2026-07-23.
