Implement custom Bioscan text graphic

[Dexusan]

ChainedPuzzles.CP_Bioscan_Graphics.SetText(string) never gets called for standard bioscans
patching into Setup for that class and calling the instance SetText would allow for custom text graphic above in-level bioscan graphics.
