WDMla compat

[Quarri6343]

This PR is not ready until WDMla is released

Adds information to the following blocks:

• Drying Rack ->drying progress
• Landmine ->display disguised block
• Furnace Slab->smelting progress
• Smeltery->multiblock status
• All tile entity includes crafting station and tool station -> inventory content
• All smeltery related blocks ->fluid storage view
• Casting basin & table ->casting progress

Note: this will conflict with Wawla TiC module
