- Update actions/checkout from v2 to v4
- Add build caching with actions/cache@v4
- Add weekly scheduled builds to catch dependency issues
- Include workflow name in concurrency group for better isolation
- Rename duplicate Setup steps to Setup Windows/Setup macOS
- Remove unused nvhpc exclude from matrix
- Update triggers.yml to post CDash link on completion (when results available)
