Adding additional buttons

In 12 easy steps

Step 1

Mount PCB in Front Half of Shell

Step 2

Using a 1mm drill bit, pick which button you will add

Step 3

Using a 1mm drill bit, drill your desired button trhough the pilot hole to through the shell

Step 4

Visually check your pilot holes

Step 5

Remove PCB from shell

Step 6

Get out your stepper bit

Step 7

Place the stepper bit in the existing button hole for depth

Step 8

Seat the stepper bit in the pilot holes

Step 9

Drill out the new button holes, GO SLOW, test fit every step

Step 10

Using a button, test the size of your hole

Step 11

Cut the silicone pads using a utility blade

Step 12

You should only need to cut the lip off the silicon pad
