This includes Cuda 12.8 and OptiX 8.0.0 for Cycles 5.0
Although we're not entirely VFX Platform 2025 compliant just yet (OpenVDB remains to be updated), this aligns the package naming with Cortex's new "platform##" suffix which helps us more easily swap between Cortex 10.7 and Dependencies 11 alpha package versions in Gaffer's `installDependencies.py`.
