Intracluster light

@idellant, @erozo The LSST DESC Clusters group wants to add intracluster light to DC2. If we have some surface brightness profile function to represent this, this would not be too hard. This issue is to help define exactly what kind of (presumably parameterized) profile is appropriate.

My impression was that @kadrlica had some suggestions about this that he is presenting to the DESC Survey Sims group tomorrow Aug 3. I have a regular conflict with that time. @rmjarvis , are you able to attend? If not, perhaps we could ask Alex if he has slides he could share with us.

I think any action on this would happen outside of GalSim. It doesn't seem like GalSim proper has much to add in terms of enabling this vs outside user code.
