This completes #15.
Currently, this just adds a simple image and title to the top of the page containing a link to the site root. It also adds a search bar that doesn't do anything (yet) and removes pagefind. We need to implement a pagefind js search system first, cc @smallketchup82. Styling is also very WIP.
