feat(insaniquarium): add insaniquarium channel

Description

This adds an Insaniquarium channel!
Features the following:

• A bunch of fish
• A bunch of coins
• Some fish food

Donations will spawn special-marked coins that will wait until they are collected by the fakey cursor.
Subscriptions will upgrade a fish to a Diamond fish and display their username for a short time.

The page is also interactive:

• Left-click allows for coin collection (not marked as a donation coin)
• Right-click generates food pellets and flakes.

The config.ts file contains most of the data one might want to muck around with.
