1.6.9 Pre-release: Bug fixes

A long-overdue maintenance release hopefully fixing some old bugs. Big kudos to forum member TenOndra and other contributors! It's not well-tested though, so make sure to back up your save!

• Added: Microgravity module to an SSPX centrifuge (sspx-expandable-centrifuge-5-1)
