- Fix logic error in screenshot scrape of TGDB
- Update Screenscraper thread count messages and general numeric options range checks
- Enable Skyscraper unit tests in CI workflow
- Documentation addition when using folder options (input, gamelist, media folder) in frontend INI section.
- Path outputs with ~ instead verbatim home path
- Ensure Python3 is present
