A mobile app given as an assignment to be designed in a month.
This document is intended to give assistance to people using the navigation app. It consists of information that will enable the user to use the app to its full potential and assist with any diffidence the user may have about the walking navigation app. The document comprises of the app features, instruction on how the app is to be operated and also the known bugs and limitations the developers have encountered. This app is just a prototype to enable a proof-of-concept for mobile app-based navigation.
The main feature of this app is to provide navigation. It achieves this by contacting the campus we service an obtaining the 2 paths provided. Furthermore, the app also allows the user to create their own path using markers to create waypoints. The user can then follow the directions provided by the app to reach their destination. The app also provides useful information such as distance travelled, no of turns and average speed to help user navigate at their own convenience. The app is android based and can only be used inn android-based platforms.
