This is the repository of the Genomics Core RNAseq-Differential Expression workshop. It contains all data and presentations.
Presentations are available as pdfs in the main directory. The presentations are named after the presenter. Needed data for the hands-on part of the workshop can be find in seperate directories. Similar as the presentations, the directories got the name of the presenter.
