Code Review
This pull request correctly refactors the Docker setup by moving the creation of the /usr/src/geonode directory from the base image to the specific application image that requires it. This is a good change as it prevents the creation of an unnecessary empty directory in other projects that might use the same base image. My review includes a suggestion to further improve the Dockerfile by removing a redundant command.

The RUN mkdir -p /usr/src/geonode command is redundant. The COPY instruction on line 6 will automatically create the destination directory if it doesn't exist. Removing this RUN command avoids creating an unnecessary layer, making the Docker image build slightly more efficient and the Dockerfile cleaner.

Otherwise, it will be created inside geonode projects too, where it's not used and will be an empty folder.
