Update the NCI Module builder to only create a single module, with all dependencies installed within it. No more 'dea-env' as well as 'dea'.
Environment spec is the same as the 'dea-sandbox' docker image, with eodatasets3, odc-algo, odc-dscache, and odc-io now included in the conda env instead of being installed via pip.

Hey @Ariana-B @omad, with the tide modelling stuff, would it be possible to have that global env var actually set when a user runs module load dea? That way it would allow our users to be able to run any of the coastal notebooks/tools without any setup on their end, similar to how it currently works on the Sandbox.

e.g. like this, but set for all our users, not just for tests:
