Hey @Ariana-B @omad, with the tide modelling stuff, would it be possible to have that global env var actually set when a user runs e.g. like this, but set for all our users, not just for tests: |

Update the NCI Module builder to only create a single module, with all dependencies installed within it. No more 'dea-env' as well as 'dea'.
Environment spec is the same as the 'dea-sandbox' docker image, with
eodatasets3,odc-algo,odc-dscache, andodc-ionow included in the conda env instead of being installed via pip.
