- MVP Code for the Sentinel-1 IW pipeline on AWS
- Docker image that requires a scene and base config to be provided. Data is then downloaded, an opera/rtc config is generated, RTC is undertaken, and the burst level outputs are uploaded to an AWS S3 bucket
- All new functions in separate 'aws' folder. The code uses some functions from the nci folder. This will be split out in a future PR for clearer shared access between platforms

@caitlinadams the tests appear to be failing on the conda environment install. I had added channels on my branch, perhaps this is causing the issue? |
Remove .condarc-file from github workflow in place of specifying channels in environment file
