What?
Update our orbit downloading function to download from the Copernicus Data Space Ecoystem (CDSE).

Why?
We found a discrepancy that returns a different orbit file depending on whether you get the orbit from ASF or CDSE. This was causing issues in s1reader with our processing. More info here: scottstanie/sentineleof#68

Testing
I have tested the function but not done a full run of our pipeline.
