• Handle the creation of multiple backscatter file tags in the XML for each polarisation
• Remove the projection:wkt2 tag from the STAC document. This is likely causing issues in the ODC.
• Add the wkt2 projection string to XML instead.
• Handling of additional SPECIAL XML Tags
• Minor stac updates - i.e. removing some single values lists such as the orbit file to be strings
• Adding version format handling (i.e. - separated) to the python code rather than RTC config
• Adding geolocation errors to RTC configs so they are set in the .h5 file
• Adding second docker image test to test a dual pol scene
