This should resolve issues with chunks not loading when using server-side mods such as https://github.com/Patbox/get-off-my-lawn-reserved. The vanilla client ignores invalid block entity types, and so should we :p
What this doesnt address is the datapalette changes that were done in MCPL, Geyser isn't updated to use them
