Bumps the version to 1.1.0 (MINOR — backward-compatible CLI parity features, engine correctness and compose/quadlet fidelity fixes accumulated since v1.0.0; no breaking changes) and adds the debian/changelog entry.
Prepares the release PR develop→main and the v1.1.0 tag.
